About me

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Illinois with over 8 years of experience supporting individuals through emotional development, life transitions, and identity growth. In addition to my private practice work, I serve full-time as a school-based clinician, where I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, grief, self-esteem issues, and stress-related challenges.

My clinical experience includes helping clients deepen their self-understanding, manage emotional roadblocks, rebuild motivation, and explore patterns that may be holding them back. I often work with people who are questioning their direction in life, feeling disconnected from themselves, or trying to make sense of longstanding emotional patterns they don’t fully understand. I draw from approaches such as DBT, values-based work, and attachment-informed care, always adapted to the client’s unique needs and pace.

Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and centered on helping you reconnect with your internal clarity and direction. Along the way, we’ll not only explore what’s beneath the surface but also develop tools you can carry with you outside of sessions. Whether you are trying to move forward after a difficult chapter or simply seeking a better understanding of yourself, I offer a steady, nonjudgmental space to do that work.

By making sense of where you have been, staying present to where you are, and working toward who you want to become, we can build a path toward real and lasting change. I look forward to supporting you, wherever you are starting from.
