Ryan really takes his time to provide good quality therapy. He sends homework, listens and works very hard to ensure every aspect gets addressed. A very hard worker!

I couldn't recommend Ryan Laverdiere enough to anyone looking into therapy. From the very first session I had with him, he asked me what I needed or wanted out of therapy. He has held that standard of care every single week for all of the many months I have been meeting with him
for therapy. Ryan is so easy to talk to and the conversation always flows so well. He always seems to know exactly what questions to ask that allow me to consider different angles of any situation. Ryan has certainly helped me through a very dark time in my life and I have so much respect for him. To anyone on the fence about using BetterHelp, I say do it and request Ryan Laverdiere as your therapist.
