Ryan Yellott, LCSW
About me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works primarily with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and major life transitions. I approach this work with the belief that meaningful progress comes from a balance of support and direct, thoughtful challenge. In therapy, I work collaboratively with clients to build insight, momentum, and meaningful change.
My professional background includes experience across inpatient psychiatric care, outpatient therapy, community‐based services, and crisis response, including consultation and support for 988 crisis line staff. This breadth of experience allows me to work effectively with clients experiencing acute distress as well as those seeking longer‐term personal growth. I regularly support adults managing mood disorders, anxiety, trauma histories, work‐related stress, caregiving strain, and major life changes.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work with a clinical concentration and am currently completing graduate training in healthcare management and data analytics, which informs my structured and intentional approach to care. I view therapy as a partnership focused on helping clients make progress that lasts beyond our work together, building skills, clarity, and confidence they can continue to use independently.
