Rylee Graves, LPC
About me
I am a professional licensed counselor in the state of Idaho.
Through counseling, I believe that everybody already has the tools to help themselves. As a counselor, it is my job to help others find those tools to work through difficult times and life problems. My theoretical approach is eclectic, emphasizing CBT, Person-Centered, and Art therapy. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life interested in challenging themselves to increase self-awareness and acceptance. I believe that each person is going to have individualized needs, and there is not a one-size fits’ all counseling approach. Counseling is a collaborative effort between client and clinician to make and meet goals and create meaningful life changes. Taking the first step to seek a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
