I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state on New York. I've worked with individuals presenting with a wide range of concerns and life challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma and stress related to chronic illness. I have over 5 years of experience working with kinship caregivers of minors, individuals diagnosed with HIV and cancer.

I never liked female counselors before I started working with Sabina. She has helped me through all the forms of loss one has in a pandemic. I recommend better help and counseling in general because of her. The discussions and resources she provided help so much and I am thankful.
