I’m fairly new to BetterHelp but so far I’m enjoying the service. I was surprised with how well I matched with my therapist Sabrina. She even has a black cat that shows up on the camera sometimes, just like mine! She always listens and never makes me feel ashamed for having strong emotions, like most people do. I think with her continued support, I can work on my mental health and improve my bpd symptoms.
