About me

Hello! I'm an integrative psychotherapist who works holistically, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to support you in the way that best suits your unique needs and experiences. My practice blends Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Approaches, and Root-Cause Exploration. This means I work with both present-day challenges and deeper patterns that may stem from earlier experiences.

I specialise in working with anxiety and panic, as well as those who have experienced domestic abuse, whether in the past or present. These experiences can have lasting impacts on how we feel, think, and relate to others — and they are never something you have to navigate alone.

My clients often come to therapy when they are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, bereavement, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or patterns of self-punishment and inner criticism. Whatever brings you here, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together at your pace to explore what's happening, where it may come from, and how to move toward change and healing.

Therapy can be a powerful way to begin making sense of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences — especially when you feel stuck, lost, or alone. It offers not only tools to manage distress but also space to reconnect with yourself, build healthier relationships, and create new meaning in your life. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. You just need a willingness to take the first step — and I’m here to walk alongside you.
