About me

Saige-maree has a green thumb at heart and enjoys the ocean for peace of mind. As a Multi-faceted Psychotherapist, she has been engaged in the facilitation of individual, family and group development for 18 years.

Saige-maree has a background in complex mental health. As such, a wholistic, collaborative, co-design application to health is a common practice. Saige-maree also has a lived experience of mental health and is a member of the Lived Experience board of the Melbourne Children's hospital.

With her roots firmly on the ground, Saige-maree brings with her the awareness of the symbiotic relationship between our state of mind, the environment, and community. Kin and foster participants, Cultural cooperative members, and outreach communities are kindred audiences that Saige-maree has worked alongside.

Saige-maree is at home within courageous conversations. She operates with strength-based, strategy-oriented approaches to children, adults, and family therapeutic intervention needs. With this intention, you will not leave feeling more vulnerable than you did walking in. Holding space for deep-seated emotions, reflective dialogue, and revealing epiphanies is just her jam!

Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Special note:
I prefer to do video conferencing and limit texts, but I am flexible. I check my emails and texts between Monday and Friday from 7am AEST to 5pm AEST. I may not be able to answer right away as I may be in consultation. Also, messages in between sessions will be limited due to time constraints. If you do reach out in this method, I will attempt to get to you as soon as possible within the time available.
