Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Sally-Anne Boult. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Very professional, clearly knowledgeable in her field and gives the kind of help I needed. I’ve seen other therapists that just listen and say there there. But Sally really guides you into looking into yourself and getting to the root of your issues and encourages you to tackle those head on with healthy techniques.

I’ve been working with Sally for some time now, and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of her. From the very beginning, she made me feel seen, heard, and completely understood. She has an incredibly calm and empathetic presence that instantly puts me at ease.

What sets Sally apart is not just how well she listens, but how deeply she understands. She always knows how to ask the right questions and offers insights that truly resonate. Every session feels meaningful, and I always come away with a new perspective or practical ideas that help me move forward.

Her support has been life-changing and continues to make a huge difference in my personal growth and wellbeing. I genuinely look forward to our sessions and feel very lucky to have found such a dedicated and intuitive therapist.
