Sally is a great listener. I really appreciate when she allows me to communicate my experiences and feelings entirely before providing her expertise. She has also shared valuable resources for my healing journey.

Sally was the listening ear and sounding board I needed. She helped me process and work through issues that I was struggling with. I am really glad I connected with her and I am blessed that a friend suggested BetterHelp.com

I feel as though she is very present with me both emotionally and intellectually. She validated me and also pointed out areas where I got caught up in a self pity spiral.

she’s very good at listening, i love how when we’re talking and if we talk at the same time she always encourages you to speak first and continue talking versus talking over you, she’s very welcoming and not judgmental at all about whatever i say. definitely would recommend her she makes me very comfortable to talk to :)
