Sam is incredibly perceptive and doesn’t hesitate to give direct guidance and assessment. That said, he is also incredibly kind and a joy to work with. He has aided my personal journey greatly, and I’d highly recommend him to others.

Sam's expertise and approach to providing therapy is compassionate and insightful. Over the course of two months, Sam has enabled me to identify and improve upon areas that have benefited me personally and professionally. Sam has introduced me to tools and frameworks that, with practice, have helped me identify blind-spots in how and why I react in challenging situations. Moreover, with practice, these tools are empowering me to choose a better reaction and response in these situations. I am happy with my progress and look forward to continuing to work with Sam as my therapist.
