Samala is the best therapist I’ve ever met. She is thoughtful, empowering, and kind. She helps me set realistic goals, and she has a warm and gentle approach. She helps me identify challenges and find my strengths. In the past, I’ve sometimes felt drained after therapy, but Samala has a way of returning to my strengths that leaves me energized and empowered. I feel a little stronger after every session.
