Hello and welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado working with adults, adolescents, couples, and families. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, family conflict and transitions, and trauma. I also have extensive training and have worked with individuals and families who have experienced attachment wounds and attachment trauma.
My counseling approach is creative, holistic, and client centered. I believe in tailoring each interaction to the unique needs of each person I work with. I also value a trauma informed, warm approach in order to create a safe and healing environment. I believe that people are capable of change, incredible resiliency, and the ability of self-discovery.
