Samantha Matesic, LPC, LMHC
About me
My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with EMDR to support clients in creating meaningful and lasting change. I am deeply passionate about my work and value the opportunity to help clients see the broader patterns in their lives. As clients learn to understand themselves more fully and trust their own inner wisdom, they often experience increased confidence, healthier decision-making, greater self-acceptance, and a deeper sense of contentment. I believe these are essential ingredients for living a balanced and fulfilling life.
I have extensive experience working with clients who have experienced trauma, and I am certified in EMDR. I also work with individuals experiencing a range of anxiety disorders, helping them to develop healthier thought patterns and cultivate greater awareness of the connection between body and mind.
I invite you to explore the journey of yourself and allow me to be in the passenger seat with you, as you learn how to drive through this wonderful life that everyone should have the opportunity to realize.
