Hello, I’m a BACP-registered, trauma-informed psychotherapist, mental health nurse, educator and coach with over 25 years’ experience working in mental health. I’ve helped many people work through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges — from social anxiety and depression to childhood trauma, self-esteem issues and relationship difficulties.
I offer a compassionate and supportive space where we can explore what’s going on for you at your own pace. Together, we’ll work to understand the root cause of your difficulties, not just the symptoms, and help you move forward with more clarity, confidence and purpose.
