The only thing I regret about working with Samuel is not finding him sooner. I have multiple issues and he has been able to help me start working through them all. I find the worksheets he sends super helpful. I was so scared of therapy because I knew I would have to feel my feelings ( I've avoided so many) but he has made it less intimidating/overwhelming
