I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in North Carolina and Hawai'i with over six years of experience working as a mental health therapist and case manager. I am also a provisionally Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist in North Carolina. I have worked with adolescents and adults who present with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, mania, psychosis, substance abuse, interpersonal relationship issues, career challenges, grief, and trauma.
My therapy approach is warm and person-centered, and I always meet my clients where they are at. I implement multiple treatment modalities and utilize each client’s strengths to identify solutions and guide them to where they want to be.
I have worked with clients of varying age, race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, education level, and socioeconomic status, and will accommodate our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I am bilingual, with fluency in English and Hindi/Urdu, and also have a professional working proficiency in French.
