Hello, my name is Sandi, I practice therapy with individuals, couples and families who are motivated to learn new skills which may lead to more joy filled lives. I enjoy seeing people grow towards their ultimate potential while practicing self-compassion and self-love. I believe problems are holistic and so are the solutions, understanding the connections of our mental health and everyday lives can be the key to improved relationships and life satisfaction.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of New Mexico where I have six years of experience addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, relational and parenting problems, And life transitions. I believe that each person should be treated with respect and I enjoy using humor sensitivity and compassion not only with clients but in daily life as well. My therapeutic stance can best be described as a buffet style of CBT, strategic, solutions focused, and experiential. Each of these can be tailored to what the client is needing at any given moment.
