Hello, my name is Sandi, I practice therapy with individuals, couples and families who are motivated to learn new skills which may lead to more joy filled lives. I cannot say enough good things about Sandi, she's amazing. Sandi is very knowledgeable and has a lot of great resources at her disposal. She has a great way of approaching things and teaches you the tools and resources to be able to help yourself through the complexity of the mind. I gelled with Sandi almost right away, she is a real joy to talk to. She is patient, attentive, understanding, responsive and insightful. I had the pleasure of working with her for about two and a half years and enjoyed it thoroughly. Sandi was really great to work with. I had to deal with a heartbreak and a death of a loved one in the last quarter of 2019 and sessions with her helped me cope in such a significant manner that only after 5 months, I was able to get to a place where I can feel like myself again. Of course, there was a lot of self-work involved and still have to continue doing it after therapy. But having Sandi as my counselor was a blessing and I learned a lot about myself from our sessions. She's very professional and really gets to the point but in a respectful and nurturing manner. If and when I would need counseling in the future, I 'd definitely work with her again.

In just under a month of counseling with her, Sandi helped me immensely in understanding how influential thoughts are on emotions and was given powerful tools to manage my anxiety and anger.
