Sandi is extremely helpful and uplifting. I message her daily and she's helping me make changes already. I highly recommend her.
She is extremely understanding and kind, and offers good advice.
Ms Grabash has created a “safe” place for me. I am new to this so far but have found her insight and direction helpful. She has given me worksheets and areas to focus on. I feel a connection with her and a comfortable place to talk which was what I was looking for. I was feeling in a dark place prior and am feeling brighter already. Thank you so much.
Sandi has been a wonderful counselor. She’s clearly understood what I’ve told her and comes back with questions that really make me think about the situation as whole. She’s very kind and nonjudgmental and she makes me feel very comfortable saying anything to her. Thank you Sandi!
Sandi has had a variety of ways to help me such as talking on the phone, worksheets, or messaging me back everyday. She always responds as she says she will and has been a great help in my counseling journey.
Sandi is fantastic. She really comprehends where I am at & offers insightful questions to get where I need to be. I have not had a therapist before & not sure how therapy is suppose to go. I find myself VERY excited to see a message from Sandi . Sometimes I can reply right away but sometimes I need to give it some thought.
With Sandi, I’m exploring new things I’ve never done in counseling before. I’m learning a lot about myself and from that, I’m able to use this knowledge to take on my life challenges.
Sandi is great at what she does! I really clicked with her solution-oriented approach.
Sandi has been great in responding to me and definitely making me feel heard and validated in my struggles. She remains calm and is able to support me and also reach out regularly to see how I’m doing. I appreciate the chat feature and weekly sessions! Having worksheets to keep my mind focused has also been helpful.
Amazing therapist who really listens and supports me.
I think Sandi does a great job and shows true concern.
Sandi was really great to work with. I had to deal with a heartbreak and a death of a loved one in the last quarter of 2019 and sessions with her helped me cope in such a significant manner that only after 5 months, I was able to get to a place where I can feel like myself again. Of course, there was a lot of self-work involved and still have to continue doing it after therapy. But having Sandi as my counselor was a blessing and I learned a lot about myself from our sessions. She's very professional and really gets to the point but in a respectful and nurturing manner. If and when I would need counseling in the future, I 'd definitely work with her again.
Honestly, I think she's great. Sandi's consistently compassionate and understanding, and also able to remain objective. She listens well and understands when I tell her what I'm struggling with.
Sandi has been exactly what I needed and what I couldn't find anywhere else- an understanding, unbiased source of help and advice. I really appreciate her working with me.
Sandi really helped me organize my thoughts and see clearer as I had a lot going on in my life. She is straight to the point which is really a plus for me and I will continue to talk to her regularly and keep on working on some issues. I would recommend her to anyone ready to do the work and looking for a change/improvement in their mind set.
When I joined BetterHelp and was paired with Sandi, I was a mess. In just under a month of counseling with her, Sandi helped me immensely in understanding how influential thoughts are on emotions and was given powerful tools to manage my anxiety and anger. All it takes is a little push; you need to put in the work and you need to be completely and unequivocally honest with her, but most importantly, with yourself. Sandi always provides succinct, but thoughtful and sincere insight on my thoughts and feelings. I would strongly recommend her to anyone needing help managing their emotions.
Sandi really listens to and acknowledges everything you tell her. At first I wasn't really sure how to feel but she's been a great source of support for me through tough times.
Warm, empathic and very knowledgeable counsellor who helped me deal with grief from losing my relationship with the best woman I've ever known. Can't say enough good things about Sandi.
She is highly patient and understanding and our rapport building has been great!
Sandi has given me a space to share myself without being afraid of what I will see. I could feel that she is open and genuine in her listening to what I am sharing even if I have preferred to share through writing. She guides me thoughtfully and meaningfully and this has helped me in a very significant way.
She is very responsive and friendly. When I was unsure if this was for me she was very patience and I am feeling better about it every day.
