Sandi Johnson, LPC
About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals move from simply surviving to truly thriving. With over a decade of experience in school counseling and community mental health, I have supported children, adolescents, and adults through a wide range of emotional and life challenges.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and solution-focused. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to help you uncover your strengths, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. I am especially passionate about supporting women in their healing journey—helping them rebuild self-esteem, establish healthy boundaries, and reconnect with their purpose.
In our work together, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as your authentic self. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, while also providing practical tools you can apply in your daily life.
Whether you are navigating a difficult season or seeking personal growth, I am here to support and guide you every step of the way.
