About me

I work with clients who experience a wide range of symptoms and concerns, that include anxiety, depression, next stage in life, family issues, social anxiety, relationship issues and feelin stuck. I have also worked with many people that have experienced trauma and emotional abuse.
I meet my clients where they're at with hopes in creating a safe and warm place so they can explore all the 'stuff'. My therapy style is warm, interactive and person centered, using a mix of CBT and ACT.
