About me

I am a licensed counsellor based in London having qualified in 2005. Since that time I have gained experience supporting people through various challenges. My therapeutic style and approach draw on influences from Person Centred therapy. This means I do not approach you as an expert with preconceived ideas on what your challenges are and how to “fix” them. Instead, I will draw on my professional skills to walk some way with you, wherever you want to go on your journey to wholeness. I will listen, I will be genuine and not judge.
I am an accredited member of NCPS and adhere to their codes of conduct. I have experience in helping support in areas such as grief and loss, self-esteem and confidence, parenting, relationship issues and guilt. I also have experience working with those coping with life changes such as sudden illness or supporting those caring for others. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
I will tailor our dialog and therapeutic plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you on that journey.

I am so thankful for this life changing experience with Sandra. She is an exceptionally kind therapist and human being who pays attention, asks pertinent questions, mirrors back to me, holds me and guides me on my way to understanding and healing. I feel respected and seen. Her insights and answers to my questions are valuable at my choosing, not forced on me. The work with Sandra is helping me through some difficult situations. I am experiencing myself in daily life more capable and assured since our regular sessions started 10 weeks ago. The therapie experience through Better Help is convenient and the educational and group sessions are valuable. Thank you!

Very thoughtful therapist with a personal approach to problems. Easy to talk to and helpful in untangling what's going on without judgement. Also just very positive and friendly.

Sandra has really helped me grow as a person as I explore the impact of my childhood trauma on my adult self. Sandra has and continues to guide me through this process. I would highly recommend Sandra .

Before I started my sessions with Sandra, I was grappling with intense anger issues. It was so severe that it led me to frequently yell at my kids, creating a strained atmosphere at home. Not only was my family life suffering, but I also faced a daunting challenge in my professional life: an overwhelming fear of public speaking. This fear held me back in so many ways, making me feel like a shadow of my true self.

Then, I began my therapy journey with Sandra. From the outset, Sandra's approach was compassionate, understanding, and incredibly professional. She provided a safe space for me to unravel the complexities of my emotions and confront the root causes of my anger and fear.

Through consistent support, Sandra helped me rediscover parts of myself that I thought were lost. I learned how to manage my anger effectively, turning those heated moments into opportunities for calm and constructive communication. My relationship with my children improved dramatically as a result.

As for my fear of public speaking, Her guidance led me to face my fears head-on, and I've since delivered a talk at church with confidence .
I can't thank Sandra enough for the profound impact she's had on my life.
