About me
My only goal is to help you reach & conquer your goals by helping you become the BEST POSSIBLE VERSION OF YOURSELF!
I am a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I completed my M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy at National University in San Diego CA. I completed my undergraduate degree at San Diego State University where I received a B.A. in Liberal Arts and Sciences as well as a B.A. in Psychology. My minor is in Biological Sciences with an emphasis in Neuroscience. I am currently working on my Psy.D in Clinical Psychology.
In the fifteen years since I began helping individuals and families as a therapist, I have focused my practice on brief therapy and solution-focused therapy. My goal is to make sure my clients reach a quick and effective solution to their varied challenges without dwelling on what brought them to therapy.
I have experience in providing therapy from an integrative, holistic approach, assisting client's who prefer natural remedies.
I have worked with many client's who struggle with Anxiety, Depression, Adjusting to life's unexpected challenges, Relationship issues, Grief and Loss and with those who prefer a Christian Counseling approach. I am eclectic in the populations that I serve.
My experience has provided me with a deep insight and a practical view of the problems people face in their personal and professional lives. As a result, I can help address a variety of issues in your life.
I look forward to working with you and helping you to be healthier, mind body and soul!
