About me

Sandra is a licensed Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependence Counselor. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Texas Women’s University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Arts and Science, with a focus on addiction.
Sandra has an eclectic approach to therapy, which includes the utilization of DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma Model Therapy (TMT),
Ego States, and Integral Therapy. She is certified in TMT and utilizes Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT) in therapeutic work. She has a certificate in Complex Trauma and Dissociation.

Sandra’s latest endeavor involves combing equine therapy with other therapeutic modalities for increased benefit to the client.

In addition, she has an interest in transpersonal psychology, transpersonal experiences, spirituality, energy work, near death experiences (NDE), and grief. Her work with grief focuses on parents who experience the death of a child. Sandra obtained a certificate in Induced After Death Communication.
