What an incredible therapist! Talking to her feels like you are talking to a friend. She isn't judging what you say to her at all. It feels like she is just leading you in a series of very detailed conversations. Then, at different times during those conversations, BAM!! She hits you with these insights that completely turn your problems on their heads. I can't count the number of times I have stopped and said, "Wow, I never would have thought of it like that."
She is an excellent communicator, patient, and kind. She has helped me through some incredibly complicated problems, and made it feel much easier. I am so glad that I took the first step and scheduled my first session with her.
