Sandra takes a very mindful and spiritual approach while also keeping it logical. She is very supportive and can keep up when I go off on my ADHD tangents. I recently parted ways with my therapist of over 10 years due to her plan to retire. It was a bit scary trying to find another therapist to connect with, but Sandra takes a similar approach to my former therapist. I’ve only had 2 phone meetings with here, and I already feel very comfortable with her.

I’m truly grateful for my therapist’s support. I came in dealing with relationship issues and personal struggles, and she helped me gain clarity and tools to grow. I felt heard and understood every step of the way. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for real, compassionate help.
