I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience working as a therapist/counselor. Also, I have had experience in supervising and leadership. I have worked with adults, adolescents and children conducting cognitive behavior therapy. I have worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. I approach clients where they are at in life and never try to push my own belief system onto others. I believe in respecting client's belief system without judgement. I strive to give clients a place in which they feel safe and free to express themselves. I greatly respect and admire anyone that is wanting and willing to improve their quality of life and has the bravery to seek out help. Thank you for showing courage and I am honored to work side by side with you. If you have a specific day/time request and my calendar does not appear to be open, please send me a message and I will see if I can accommodate.
