I never really thought I needed therapy, I am really good at working on myself. However I had some ongoing issues for decades with my inlaws that I could not find peace with and decided a safe non-biased space might help me. I also didn't prioritize therapy bc I thought it might take a long time to find someone I connect with. However I could not imagine someone better than Sara. The flexibility of online fits my busy CEO lifestyle (and 4 kids) and I look forward to my time weekly with Sara and love having a chat room to touch base during the week as I needed to. I am so grateful to her for supporting my ongoing quest to become my best self.

She does a wonderful job of listening while being able to connect and encourage you at the same time I really enjoy talking to her and like how she checks on me through the week.

She is so kind and helpful. She takes time to get to know you as a person while she tries to help you out. I get anxious about talking on the phone and video chatting people I don’t know well, so she let our first session take place over live chat messages instead. She’s very understanding.
