Hello! I am a mental health counselor licensed in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. I have been in the mental health field for 13 years. I have worked in a variety of settings including community based support, inpatient, partial hospital, and integrated primary care settings. I tend to utilize interventions across CBT, DBT, with a understanding of life experience, circumstance, and trauma stored within the body. I work with my clients to determine what goals and success means for them and I aim to create an open and safe environment where we can learn and grow together.
