About me

I completed my Masters of Social Work at Wayne State University. I am a fully licensed clinical social worker. I have been working with individuals, couples and families since 2018. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but have experience with other therapy styles as well. I have worked with people who experience MDD, GAD, BPD, ADHD, PTSD, DMDD and symptoms that may not meet full diagnostic criteria but are still looking for therapy.

I aim to provide client-led, strengths-based services. I want you to feel welcomed, comfortable and in charge of your mental health. I can provide structured sessions with home-work to complete between sessions or more relaxed and flexible appointments that do not follow a set agenda. Your health and safety is my number one concern.

Looking forward to meeting you!

Dr. Sarah has been wonderful to talk to and help work with me on my anxiety issues and also with Familia problems. I also have confidence in myself and knowing when I need to reach out to her or my support people and I never felt that before and she helped me see it's okay to do that. She also gives great perspectives on different angles to problems that I wouldn't have thought of.
