About me

About Me

Hi, I’m Sara Roesler, LICSW, LCSW, MSW, MPH. I provide a compassionate, supportive space for adults feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, mood changes, or the pressure to keep everything together. I specialize in helping people navigate the new onset of bipolar disorder, anxiety, ADHD, or mood changes, and I also work with those managing ongoing or chronic challenges.

My Approach

My approach is warm, supportive, and practical. Together, we’ll look at the patterns that keep showing up for you, strengthen your emotional resilience, and find tools that help you feel steadier and more like yourself. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT-informed skills, and strengths-based therapy, but always in a way that feels natural and tailored to you.

If life feels overwhelming, exhausting, or out of balance, therapy can be a place to slow down, catch your breath, and make sense of what’s going on. You don’t have to figure it out alone—I’m here to support you, work alongside you, and help you feel more grounded, capable, and at ease in your life.

What I Can Help With

Many of my clients may appear like they’re “handling it” on the outside, but inside they’re dealing with racing thoughts, emotional ups and downs, or patterns that keep repeating in relationships. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing on you and work toward feeling more grounded, balanced, and connected to yourself.

If you’re ready for change and want a therapist who truly understands how these challenges affect work, relationships, and everyday life, I’m here to walk alongside you. I’d love to support you in building a calmer, steadier, and more empowered version of yourself.
