About me

Hello! Thank you for taking time to read my profile. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in the state of Missouri with 20+ years of clinical experience. I love to lead, empower, help people become who they want to be, and reach their full potential . I followed my passion to assist people in thriving by obtaining a Bachelor's in Social Work in 1998 from Columbia College and a MSW in 2001 from Saint Louis University. I have worked in several clinical settings including nonprofits, hospitals, prisons, and schools. I have experience in counseling couples, individuals (adults and children) and facilitating groups. I have received specialized training in , cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy and trauma treatments. Sara is a wonderful and non judgemental human. She helped me have a huge breakthrough in my mental health journey. In the short time I have been seeing her, my mental health journey that was once dark, now has a shining light at the end of the tunnel. She has changed my life in the best ways.
