The primary focus of our sessions are communication. I requested a straight forward and caring therapist who’s invested in my wellbeing. I believe that Sara Scott is a perfect fit for me, because she doesn’t beat around the bush. She tells me exactly what I need to hear in a way that she knows I will understand.

Sara is a wonderful and non judgemental human. She helped me have a huge breakthrough in my mental health journey. In the short time I have been seeing her, my mental health journey that was once dark, now has a shining light at the end of the tunnel. She has changed my life in the best ways.
