About me
Hi! My name is Sarah Anderson. I'm a licensed clinical social worker with 10 year’s experience. I received her master’s degree in social work from the birthplace of basketball, Springfield, Massachusetts. I've always had a desire to help others. I believe that therapy is helpful for anyone who is wanting to improve their relationship with themselves and with others. I have been a therapist in a young-adult substance abuse program, a Victim of Crime Advocate for sexually abused adolescents and most recently outpatient services for children, adolescents, families and adults. I implement different treatment modalities such as client centered therapy, trauma-focused therapy, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing and other evidence-based practices that fit the client’s needs.
