I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, sleeping disorders, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Sarah appears to me like A professional therapist with so much knowledge about. She has the ability to calm you down in times of overwhelming and stress. Furthermore she has a good understanding of what matters so she steers each conversation into the right direction. Sometimes it's hard to understand myself but she is doing very well in untangling my thoughts and put them in a easier understandable frame.

Sarah has been wonderful in the 3 sessions we have had so far. She's very compassionate, understanding and easy to talk to. She has instantly made me feel at ease and has a wonderful way of accessing feelings and putting them into words. I would recommend Sarah to anyone.
