About me
Welcome to my bio, and thanks for taking the time to read it! I am a trauma therapist with 10 years clinical experience working with adults. I have worked as a helper in the non-profit, higher education, and government sectors for the 10 years prior to this. I am licensed in both Nebraska and New Mexico. As your therapist, I will work to deeply understand your circumstances, thoughts, and feelings regarding the past, present, and future. I use brain-based therapies of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting to re-route wounded neural networks and help you gain new insights. I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy and somatic techniques to coach you in development of numerous practical coping skills. I value the chance to bear witness to your story and assist you in reaching your goals. Facilitating emotional healing for as many people as possible is my life's work. Come one, come all! I have no favorite type of client. I accept you as you are.
