I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in LGBTQ+ issues, mood disorders, personality disorders, and trauma-based disorders. I work mostly with young adults and teenagers and specialize in treatment approaches such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The approaches I take can help you process your trauma and unwanted thoughts/feelings, work toward acceptance and planning for future goals, and learn new behaviors to replace unhealthy behaviors keeping you feeling stuck/unhappy.

I encourage my clients to dig deep and hold themselves accountable for how they can do and feel better as well as take a social justice oriented approach to acknowledge the systems in place making it difficult to recover.
