Sarah Fude-Huisman, LISW
About me
I'm a therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and addiction, as well as compassion fatigue and burnout.
My approach is person-centered and grounded in empathy. I specialize in helping clients explore self-love, improve communication, and work through isolation, loneliness, and social anxiety. I also support those processing trauma, grief, attachment wounds, and relationship transitions like divorce and separation.
I'm experienced in addressing panic disorder, mood disorders, body image concerns, guilt and shame, forgiveness, and control issues. Additionally, I work with clients facing caregiver stress, chronic pain, workplace challenges, women's issues, sexuality concerns, and life transitions including midlife crises and young adult development.
I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your authentic self and move toward healing at your own pace. My role is to walk alongside you with genuine care and support as you navigate whatever brings you to therapy.
