I’ve only had one session with her so far but the first session went better than I expected it to. She listened, she understood, asked questions that she made sure I was comfortable with answering. Gave me something to practice to help me out. It was a great first session. I have already booked my next session.

Sarah is an amazing therapist. She helps you understand and does not make things complicated. She is very easy to talk to and a good safe space.

She’s great. I really appreciate the way that she directs her sessions. She keeps things focused and to the point, which is what I want and need in a therapist. But she is also always allowing space for expression and insights
