About me

Please let me welcome you to my practice. Making the decision to pursue therapy takes courage and a great deal of intention, congratulations. I’ve been on the other side, like you are now, wondering if the next therapist would be the one who I could really do the work I felt determined to undertake at the time. Our relationship, the growing of trust and understanding stands at the doorway of the changes you’d like to make.

While each situation with a client is specific there are some exercises and techniques I find universally helpful as each of us can add coping skills which see us through many different kinds of challenges. Our work would connect your feelings with your thoughts and your thoughts with your feelings, to make an integrated base for your physical existence and your spiritual growth.

Prior to our first session I’ll ask you to write a bit about what’s going on in your life, what brings you to treatment, and what goals have you set for yourself. I look forward to your call.

Sarah is amazing!!!! She is so easy to talk to, her voice is calming and she gives advice. She actively engages in the conversation with me and letting me know when I need to work on something due to trauma. I would definitely recommend her.

I have only had one session, but from the first 5 minutes of it I knew I couldn’t have possibly chosen anyone better. She has such a comforting and sweet presence. I normally have issues not lying to my therapist because I don’t want to disappoint them if I really like them as a person, but for some reason she is so easy to be honest with. I fully trust anything she suggests already and I would definitely recommend even a single conversation with her to anyone that’s in a rut.
