About me

I am a licensed therapist in North Carolina with over 35 years of professional experience. I have extensive experience supporting clients through stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma and abuse, and concerns related to motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.

In addition to traditional therapeutic approaches, I also offer spiritual counseling, with a particular focus on Christian perspectives for those who desire it. I respect each client’s individual beliefs and integrate spiritual support only when it aligns with their values and goals.

My approach centers on creating a safe, open, and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and joyful life, and I deeply honor that step. My role is to support and empower you as you move toward healing, growth, and a stronger sense of purpose.

Together, we’ll work to uncover your strengths, build resilience, and help you move toward the life you envision.

Sarah is an excellent therapist. She is calm, understanding, and empathetic while, at the same time, very helpful with the comments she makes. It helps that she is so experienced. I am confident in her ability to work with me on my issues and would highly recommend her to others seeking a positive, helpful and considerate therapist.
