Sarah Semper
About me
Hi, I’m Sarah — a registered Integrative Counsellor in the UK with over 14 years of experience supporting individuals from ages 3 to 83. I have extensive experience helping clients manage stress and anxiety, low mood, relationship and intimacy challenges, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence issues. My background in arts psychotherapy allows me to integrate creative approaches — such as art, imagery, and other expressive techniques — alongside traditional talking therapy and or CBT. I am passionate about empowering the people I work with to strengthen their sense of self-worth, gain emotional clarity, and move towards a more balanced, fulfilling, and joyful life.

Sarah is brilliant. Always supportive and willing to listen, but also challenges me when needed and provides good advice. Professional but approachable, I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Sarah is so insightful and is really helping me just through talking about things and making the connections of how past issues have affected me. Just working through these things with Sarah's support is making me feel better and I feel positive about the future

Sarah listens, validates and offers advice in a genuine heartfelt way.
As well as her clinical experience, I feel she has relatable life experience to backup her understanding of her patients' concerns, particularly those with families and busy work/home lives.
I get the sense from her that she's a genuine person who wants to help and has the expertise and experience to do so confidently.

Sarah understood my issues and helped me resolve issues which I never even knew were the root cause. She is kind and helpful. Her technique helped me question and get answers.
