Sarah has been such a great therapist over the last several months for me! She is a great listener and able to summarize my ramblings clearly then add value to the conversation by asking insightful questions to assist me with decision making or taking a deeper look at the topics I'm sharing with her. She's kind, empathetic and able to bring new perspectives to the conversation. I'm grateful to be working with Sarah!

Sarah Serfilippi is the perfect type of person to do this kind of work. If youre a person with anxiety/autism/depression or someone who has experienced abuse, it's such a differnt experience to talk to someone that is supportive and asks questions to make you reframe your catastrophic thinking/potentially harmful thought patterns.

She is punctual, kind, and supportive to your issues - and encourages growth outside of sessions through self care, journaling, and other hobbies you as an individual may possess.

I'm thankful that I found a therapist who I don't feel like I'm burdening/whining to and where I can be selfish and talk about myself for an hour and I know she is listening/there to hold that space for me when any other time, I would constantly be worrying how I may come off/what someone thinks about what I'm saying. It is so good to have a place where you can feel unburdened by what others think of you and it has helped me. Theres always more to learn/talk about so I won't say I'm perfect now, but having a thoughtful professional to help guide me through my issues no matter how trivial or deep is definitely helping me get out of the hopeless/deep depression I was in for so so long. I highly recommend seeing her if you struggle with self image issues, trauma, anxiety, and any other issue where you would need someone to kind of remind you that there are very friendly people in the world and that you deserve to talk to someone who is friendly.

Sarah is kind, empathetic and wonderful at her job. I have been to therapy numerous times over my life and feel like Sarah is one of the best I’ve met. She understands where I am and pushes me to become better in an understanding way. I look forward to each session and could see progress with only a few sessions. Everyone needs a Sarah in their life.

In just a short amount of time, Sara has completely transformed my life. She’s helped me understand myself on a deeper level, build genuine self-respect, and see the world through a much more positive lens. Every session leaves me feeling lighter, more grounded, and empowered to keep growing. I’m so grateful for her compassion, insight, and the safe space she creates—it’s truly changed the way I view myself and my life.
