To be honest I never thought therapy was ever something I would do, but after taking the step and meeting Sarah, it's one of the best decisions I have made, not only does she make me feel at ease, but so confident in opening up with emotions I never thought I would visit.

This was my first time seeking therapy and I had a great experience with Sarah. She made me feel at ease right from the start. She's a good listener and allowed me to open up about my concerns and provided constructive feedback and suggested strategies. Thank you again!
