About me

I am a licensed clinical social worker, practicing for over 5 years. I use an individualized, realistic approach with clients from a strength-based perspective. In other words, I treat my clients as unique individuals and tailor treatment approaches to each client and situation. I often use humor combined with authenticity and compassion. I take note of the confluence of biological, psychological, and social experiences and their importance and impact on well-being. My work with clients, seeing the tremendous progress, and leading more fulfilling lives is the reason I do what I do.

I have spent the past few years providing individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy utilizing a variety of therapeutic models both in hospital and in-home settings and am currently pursuing yoga teacher training. Specifically, I work with individuals with disabilities, anxiety, life changes, social skills, addiction, and depression. I am trained in CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Problem-Solving Therapy.

I look forward to working and growing with you!
