About me
Life can be hard......
Sometimes we have difficulty communicating with our partner, boss, children, or our parents. Sometimes we have difficulty adjusting to a new environment or new life circumstances.
At times, we may feel stuck and unsure of how to make changes in our lives. Other times we may want to delve deeper and truly understand our motivations and desires. Sometimes we just need to feel heard and understood.
Having an unbiased, non judgmental person to talk to can help. I actively engage in conversation with my clients, strive to meet them where they are and truly understand their concerns and desires.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an Army Veteran. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & career difficulties.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
I work collaboratively with you to explore different perspectives and bridge the gap between their current state of being and living their most fulfilled lives.
I truly believe that self exploration and motivation can lead to growth and positive change.

Sarah has been the best therapist I’ve seen. She pushes me when I need it, always listens to my concerns and replies to my messages regularly. She is encouraging me to grow as a person and helps me work out strategies to live the life I want to live, helping me see past my blind spots.

Having Sarah as my therapist for my first introduction to therapy has been so rewarding. She tells things to me straight, understands me better then I do myself sometimes, and allows me to feel comfortable in learning growing.

So far as how i’ve been experiencing our sessions together, I’ve seen how good she is as a person and as a therapist. Right off the bat I felt like I could work with her to become better.
