I am an individual and family therapist in New York with over 10 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and ADHD to name a few. The past 5 years, I have worked with children and young adults 1-35 years of age and their families in order to help them work through daily issues.
My counseling style is caring, compassionate and non judgmental. I believe that you are the expert of your life and I am here to work together with you rather than telling you what you should do. It is important for me to support you in your journey. I do that through warm, respectful and honest practice. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, FFT , and psychodynamic counseling. Every individual is different so I will tailor your plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
Reaching out for help is not an easy step. It takes alot to make that first step towards shifting your life towards what makes you feel fulfilled. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Sasha-Noelle not only is an incredibly attentive and compassionate counsellor, she is a beautiful and wonderful human. Throughout our time together I have grown as a person, rekindled my passions and discovered I am worthy of a decent life, all thanks to Sasha's guidance and kindness. Whenever I feel incapable of achieving something I will always hear Sasha's voice driving me, remind me I am worthy, telling me to persevere. She has done more for me than she will realise.
Not only do I believe in her as a counsellor and would recommend her to anyone seeking help, I also regard her as a friend.
She is a credit to Betterhelp, and to anyone she meets.
Thank you Sasha-Noelle for everything you've done, and for all the support you continue to give.
