About me

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Maryland & North Carolina with over 10 years of experience in the field. I have enjoyed working with individuals and families to address many difficult issues such as life transitions, grief and loss, complex family dynamics and many more. In my work with clients, I have an empathetic and solution focus approach to help clients reach their goals. I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients and pulling from various therapy modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focus Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
My approach with clients is warm and friendly and I believe in meeting clients were they are and navigating with them through their journey. It is my goal to always treat clients with respect and provide a safe space for individuals to share some of their complex and vulnerable thoughts.

It's very commendable when someone takes the first steps towards change and I'm here to help provide the tools. Lets get started!

Sasha is an amazing and thoughtful person, she really gets you and tailors therapy around you. She understands humans are all different and works on that with no bias. I really appreciate her.
