These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Saundra Burleson . We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
I feel so comfortable taking to Saundra and trust that she will give me skills to help manage my stress.
She understand how her client emotion
I have seen a huge change in myself since starting therapy with Saundra
Sandy is amazing. I've had therapy on and off throughout my life and have never felt so supported and heard and as I do with Sandy. I think the most noticeable difference in her approach is her ability to be extremely compassionate and caring while also telling you like it is. She also offers real-world insights, tools and techniques that I've found to be extremely helpful outside of our sessions. It's more than just "how does that make you feel?" and I love that. Would HIGHLY recommend Sandy to anyone!
I am grateful that I am doing this.
I really appreciate all of the assistance provided by my counselor.
Sandy was very kind and non judge-mental from the begging. She made talking about things that were unpleasant very easy for me. I always felt like she really listened to me and my concerns. I am also appreciative of the time we spent together.
Sandy is a great fit for me. She listens (something that can be hard to do sometimes as I ramble), but also interjects when appropriate and asks questions or leads the conversation if I run out of things to discuss. Her candid and down-to-earth manner is comforting and disarming, allowing for an ease of conversation. She always comes across as supportive but doesn't shy away from challenging my way of thinking if it's muddled by my own mental state.
I think Saundra's strength is that she offers specific actions to take. In the past, counselors have not left me with a "to do" list... Saundra is the opposite and I really appreciate that
Saundra knows what I am going through. She is a pleasure to talk to.
