Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Savithri (Savi) Jayaweera. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I’ve had a positive experience working with Savi. She creates a calm and supportive space that makes it easier for me to reflect and articulate what’s happening internally. I especially appreciated her introduction of concepts like “wise mind,” which helped me better understand and organize my internal dialogue and decision-making process.

Her approach is gentle and non-confrontational, which works well for me. It allows me to stay engaged and explore things at my own pace without feeling pushed or overwhelmed. I find that this suits how I process, as I prefer having time between sessions to reflect and come back with clearer thoughts.

Overall, I value her as a therapist who supports clarity, self-awareness, and emotional grounding. I’ve been able to make meaningful progress through this approach.

I can’t recommend Savi enough. She is truly wonderful, and working with her has been the first time I’ve ever felt genuinely safe with a therapist. She has a way of making me feel seen, understood, and supported in every session. Savi always provides me with the right coping tools for what I’m going through, and her guidance feels practical, compassionate, and tailored to me. I deeply appreciate the safe space she creates I finally feel like I can open up and heal with someone who is truly on my side.
