Scarlett Harris

About Me

As a clinical social worker, I’ve had the honor of helping adults navigate and transform their painful struggles for over 26 years. My philosophy is that you are the expert at navigating your own life, and my role as a therapist is to guide you through the process of dropping below the surface, thinking a little deeper and finding the center of the patterns that result in being stuck. I create a safe space for this work by listening without judgment, and responding with gentle feedback from a place of unconditional positive regard. As you regain trust in your own inner wisdom and strength, we can further work together to devise personal strategies for letting go of patterns and habits that no longer serve you. This will allow you to heal old wounds and make the lasting changes you need to be more productive and focused in your life and relationships.

If you are ready to begin this journey and work toward restoring balance and harmony in your life, call or email me for a free consultation. Together, we can determine whether I’m the right person to serve as your experienced guide for the work you feel you are ready to do.

Words don't convey the actual experience of working thru my issues & concerns with Scarlett Harris. Her deep intuitiveness & clinical skills "allow" for open exploration. That is a unique gift she offers her clients. She enters her clients' experiences with an ability to see from his/her view. She offers reflections & ideas to respond to what the client is ready to explore. She follows the client, but skillfully helps them discover what works for them. Scarlett Harris brings clinical knowledge & skill AND the art of hearing/understanding to her clients. She is a listener, a teacher, & a learner...A wonderful combination which can enhance the birthing room experience as each client is ready to continue delivering a Healthier Self into relationships & Life.

Scarlett is a wonderful social worker and is an absolute joy to work with. She is timely in responding to any thoughts or concerns that I have and absolutely allows me to set priority over the things that we discuss in our sessions. She is respectful of my life view and experiences and takes them into account when working with me, making me feel safe and seen. I HIGHLY recommend Scarlett to anyone who is seeking therapy.
