About Me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas (LPC) with experience working with clients of various backgrounds. In a variety of settings, I've had the privilege of assisting clients across the lifespan experiencing depression and anxiety. I've also had the opportunity to work with clients seeking to improve their stress management, motivation, and emotional regulation.
My style blends cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and client-centered therapies in a culturally sensitive and supportive relationship. I believe successful therapy is predicated on a strong working alliance based on trust, openness, and mutual commitment. Collaboratively, we will establish a treatment plan with personalized goals to assist you in achieving progress as quickly as possible. Throughout the therapy process, I welcome and will actively seek your feedback to ensure our work together is tailored to meet your unique needs to your complete satisfaction.
Beginning a therapy process can feel overwhelming, but rest assured that I am here to support you every step of the way. I look forward to working with you.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Scott Siller. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
He’s great. He’s empathetic supportive and asks some very good questions. It’s only been two weeks but I feel confident that he will be able to help me process things
Very good experience with Scott as my therapist in the last few months. A very kind and patient listener, who also suggest practical steps on how to improve and take charge of your own mental health. Overall he has been very helpfull in improving the stability of my life
I've only had one video session with Scott but he seems like a good guy. Its been very easy for me to open up to him partly because I'm really trying to make changes in my life but also because he is a good listener. He has made me feel comfortable and helped me realize that the things I think about are not just something only I think about and the issues and the way I think are very common and just part of being a human. I look forward to continuing the therapy process and hope to finally fix the things that have been bothering me for most of my life. I would defiantly recommend Scott to others.
Very polite. Very good listener
Scott has been such a blessing. He has helped me through so much. I give him the highest recommendation!
Very helpful and insightful.
Scott was very understanding and really helped identify how to address my concerns. He was also very forthcoming of what his expertise was and how it could be relevant for me. Really grateful for his support.
I began working with Scott a few months ago and he has helped me enormously in coming to terms with insecurities I was feeling, and how I can implement the changes in my life to become the person I want to be.
Scott is an excellent listener, he is comforting, non-judgemental and understanding, and has a great ability to show you alternative perspectives.
I had never spoke to a therapist before speaking with Scott, and I was unsure going into our first session. I quickly became relaxed and I found it surprisingly easy to open up to him. I would recommend Scott to anyone who is hesitant about therapy, and anyone who has past experiences or uncertainties about themselves which they need to gain a better understanding on.
Kind Scott, has been a huge help when I was dealing with really tough anxious and sad emotions. He took time to read and listen to me, sent me very, very, helpful worksheets to help me to gently challenge my anxious thoughts and to help me start developing a more gently balanced thought process. As I'm from a different country/nationality he took time too, to understand my background so as to continue to help me better. I'm truly really really so so sooooo grateful! :-)
You are great and experienced. Hope you can keep helping people!
Scott Siller listens to me and is able to explain how I am feeling without invalidating my experiences but instead helps me to see my life from other perspectives and I really appreciate these sessions.
Scott is very patient and deliberate in his approach. I have confidence in his ways of going about therapy, and I try to listen as much as possible.
Scott is very understanding and always has great insight on how I can stay focused on managing my stress.
Friendly and impartial, though I didn’t get to finish, I enjoyed my time with him! Thank you for the help.
Thanks Scott for great coubselling
